I bought a used 2017 Jetta from Karmart Burlington. I had found the car I liked online and showed up at the dealership. I was met by Doug. He was very helpful and showed me the vehicle inside and out. It was clear he was knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and took pride in the cars.

After the test drive, I elected to purchase the vehicle. Doug was very laid back. He completed the paperwork and trade in. He never pushed any additional items or extended warranties.

I was transferred to the insurance department. Same experience. No pushy sales just a quote to review.

I was transferred to the financial department. I figured the extended warranties were going to be pushed hard, as that s been my past experiences purchasing a car at other dealerships. However this was not the case. I was asked once if I was interested and when I declined we moved on.

Doug and the rest of the crew were highly professional and frankly gave me the best car sales experience I have ever had. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them and refer friends and family.
