Precision Brand Products INC is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with one of their products and it took them a while to respond to my query. However, once they did, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would say they are an average company to work with.
