I had a wonderful experience at Hartigan's Ice Cream Shoppe, Inc. The ice cream is top-notch and the flavors are so unique. Make sure to try their cookies and cream flavor, it's absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Highly recommended!
