Complete joke. Takes weeks to get questions answered. And even their answers dont answer your questions. Why does friend of the court even exist when they do not help? Well, they continue to deter parents from getting help they need, often times giving you the run around unless youre a mother. Often times also, their answers differ depending on who you talk to, but none of those answers are ever helpful.
