I would rate Igad Interactive Solutions Inc. as average. Their website igad.ph was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. It took longer than expected to get a reply to my inquiry. Overall, my experience with Igad was okay, but there is room for improvement.
