If I could have done none I would have. This place deserves no stores whatsoever. My husband paid this upfront a long time ago and when we decided to take our granddaughter to Myrtle Beach South Carolina we were told that we would be staying in one of two nice resorts with on beach access or near beach access. We were also sent two websites to check out. both places had a lazy river. Got very excited and sent them to our granddaughter. Only to find out that we are staying at a hotel. Very disappointed and asked why we were not told this upfront. We got a lot of BS.my husband spoke even to a manager and nothing was done looks like we are either out of the money or we have to stay in a hotel and disappoint our granddaughter. They tell you only what you want to hear and hand you over to other people.. With all these bad reviews I'm surprised they get away with this but apparently because we didn't know about these bad reviews other people won't either and they keep getting away with this bad treatment of people like us.
