Catering for our wedding overall went smoothly, and they were professional. On our wedding day, some things were undercooked or burned, which was disappointing since things tasted great at the initial tasting consultation. We also had several guests with dairy allergies/intolerances, including my husband. We discussed these allergies thoroughly with our coordinator, and she had them written down. However, on our wedding day, my husband (and the other guests with allergies) received salads with cheese.
Other than this, we were happy with the catering. They placed some appetizers in our bridal suite, so that we went back to the room at the end of the night, we had some snacks available.
