Disappointing. An hour to do the chek in. You are getting used to the strains you will have in the park. Queues for dinner at the restaurant, queue for breakfast. You have to be careful that when you do the chekin, if you have breakfast included, they give you a shift card, if you cannot eat a queue for breakfast, then it becomes another one at the reception desk so they can give you that card. Saturated and moody staff. The location is excellent if you want to visit the Port Aventura or Ferrari Land, for something else it is not well located and the multiple links and exits are confusing. The food in general is fine, both at dinner, free buffet type, as breakfast, also buffet type. The small room, with two 135 beds, for four people. Correct bathroom, with bathtub, super high and slippery. The hallways are very long, and it is easy to get disoriented. It is supposed to be a 4 star, but not even by now.
