This the worst experience EVER from what should be a good thing. This management has been difficult to deal with at every step. From over charging and not resolving issue for over 6 months to now canceling my membership. I m leaving the state needed to cancel. Apparently only a manager can do that. When speaking a manager, I have come in in person to cancel. No real reason given other then that s our policy even after explaining I m not in the state. The other way is to send them a certified letter. Clearly, they make as difficult as possible so they continue taking your money. Run... don t walk away from these people. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and treatment of who are supposedly their valued customers.
