I have been a customer of Spoken for a while now and I must say that their service has been quite average. There have been times when the call quality was not great, and the customer support was not very helpful. However, there have also been times when the calls were crystal clear and the support was excellent. Overall, I would say that Spoken is a decent company with room for improvement.
