I have been trying to refinance my home since May ...

I have been trying to refinance my home since May 2. It s now mid July. This is the worst company to deal with. I have been with Quicken loans for nearly 13 years as an existing customer with an existing loan and trying to refinance. With a credit score of over 800 never missing a payment supplying every single document that they have asked for, they are still asking for documentation to make sure I will not default. They have enough documentation to choke a horse and they still will not close on the refi which will only increase my monthly payment by $200. They keep on blaming COVID-19 for the delay which is ridiculous. At this point it seems that the excess of requests and busywork seems to be job security for their minions. Don t waste your time; go somewhere else.
