Les Mills Midwest is absolutely amazing! ❤️ The classes are challenging but rewarding. The instructors are friendly, energetic, and really know how to push you to your limits. The atmosphere is always positive and uplifting. The facilities are clean and well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. I've seen incredible improvements in my strength and fitness since joining Les Mills Midwest. It's my go-to gym!
