I had an overall average experience with L&D Millwork. The quality of their products is decent, but the customer service needs improvement. I found their website easy to navigate and place an order. However, when I had a question about my order, it took quite some time to get a response. The delivery was prompt, but the packaging was not sturdy enough, and some items arrived damaged. I hope they work on enhancing their customer support.
