I would rate Zov, LLC as average. The company website zov-tech.com has all the necessary information and is user-friendly. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not helpful. Overall, my experience with Zov, LLC was just okay.
