I had an average experience with Chilled Squirrel. The website was easy to navigate and the products seemed interesting. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative seemed unhelpful. Overall, I was slightly disappointed with my interaction with the company.
