JAYA TRAVEL provided an average travel experience. The service was good overall, but there were some areas for improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the communication could be better. The itinerary was well planned, but there were some delays during the trip. I would consider using JAYA TRAVEL again if they make some improvements.
