The lobby is small and unsuitable for claustrophobic people. The rest is fantastic. Their standards of service are up to Hyatt's image. The rooms are very luxurious and very beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They show the true spirit of Italian hospitality. Location is fantastic. You forget the small lobby once you get to the room.
