The services provided by gumi Asia were average. The company website gumi.sg was easy to navigate and the customer support was responsive. However, I felt that the overall quality of their products could be improved. The game I played had some bugs and glitches, which affected my gaming experience. Nonetheless, gumi Asia has potential and I believe they can do better in the future.
