I had a decent experience with Scribe, communications & public relations. The team was responsive and delivered the desired results. However, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of creativity and innovation. The communication was efficient, but I expected a more personalized approach. Nonetheless, they were reliable and met the project deadline. With some enhancements, they have the potential to be even better.
