I've been using Royalds personeel-service for a while now and I must say, their services are average. The staff is friendly and the website is easy to navigate, but there is definitely room for improvement. The response time could be faster and sometimes it takes a few tries to reach their customer support. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
