I had an average experience with Scott Grody Travel. The customer service was satisfactory, but I was expecting a bit more from a travel company with such a reputation. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth, but the prices were slightly higher compared to other similar agencies. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not outstanding.
