The experience with Planet2100 has been average. I expected more from them considering their reputation. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service needs improvement. I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my query, and even then, the answer wasn't satisfactory. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think there is room for improvement.
