The staff is very professional and friendly. They truly care about each woman and want the best outcome for each birth.
I love that they have certified nurse midwifes and certified professional midwifes, so no matter what needs I have they will be met.
The birth of my 4th child, while not picture perfect (my hospital births weren't either), was amazing and I felt awesome after. The assistants kept insisting that I take it easy even thought I felt so good.
I loved my experience with them so much more than any ob office I've been in that I am having my next child with them in a few months. :)
