I had a mixed experience with Electronic salesmasters inc. The customer service was excellent, but I was not entirely satisfied with the product quality. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery was delayed, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
