They came out to "repair" our system several weeks...

They came out to "repair" our system several weeks ago. The tech worked for three hours and couldn't figure out the problem. They said they would have to come back and work on it later but would give me a call. Three weeks later and I was just told it will be another week before it can be worked on because they are short staffed. If you are in the security business problems need to be addressed much quicker. I work with 4 different security companies for different properties and they are easily the most difficult to work with.
