I recently had the pleasure of dining at Escobar Aspen and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. We tried a few different dishes from their menu and each one was well-prepared and full of flavor. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Aspen!
