We ended up and Jordan after a particularly unpleasant experience at Michiana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We were met by Wendy and we let her know what we were looking for and that we just spent 1 1/2 hours looking at everything BUT what we wanted. She was very understanding and explained how Jordan works. She said to take our time and she would answer any questions we had. We test drove 2 vehicles that met the criteria and in our price range. We talked about the one we liked and the Jordan team took our information and was able to a lower interest rate that I was preapproved for. They were not pushy at all. They let us know upfront the price, the additional benefits like the college tuition and kickback rewards program. They gave us information on the extended warranty and were not upset that we chose not to but it. The total process took a little under 2 hours and no "let me talk to my manager" tactics. 2 years until my oldest starts to drive. We will be going there to purchase. Thank you Jordan and Wendy for showing us that buying a car does not have to be stressful and frustrating.
