Very closely located to 9/11 memorial. At walking distance to the battery Park, Wall Street, charging bull and the ferries and cruise boarding points. Apart from that the rooms are small but cosy and clean. There are essential commodities. The icing on the cake is perhaps the free wine at 5PM (I am not sure if it is served year round though) The staff is courteous and helpful with any information and service you want. Also, the viewing decks/ restaurants on the 20th floor is a must visit.
