I had an overall average experience with Professional hr. The process of finding a job was smooth, but the communication was lacking at times. The company website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I felt that the HR team could have been more responsive to my queries. They were professional in their approach, but I expected a bit more from them. Overall, decent service.
