I had a pretty average experience with Project-44....

I had a pretty average experience with Project-44. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, it felt like they weren't really listening to my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
