My recent experience with Ticket Smart was overall positive. The website is user-friendly, and the ticket prices were reasonable. The only downside was the slow response time from customer support. It took longer than anticipated to get a resolution for my issue. Apart from that, the tickets were delivered on time, and I enjoyed the event.
