Zorgbalans is busy transferring clients to another pharmacy. Shameful that the free choice of pharmacy is not respected. With my mother of 96, this was simply done as an announcement, if she just wanted to give her Iban number, etc. Instead of sending a note in advance with text and explanation, Zorgbalans pushes this through.
We now have a great pharmacy and do not plan to switch to another pharmacy just like that. There are no ICT obstacles, so Zorgbalans will stop putting pressure on clients.
Communication with Zorgbalans is very difficult, nobody wants to take responsibility and there is no promised call back either.
Find this turn of events scandalous.
