I had a mixed experience with Launchspace. On one hand, their website is well-designed and the ordering process was smooth. The products I received were of good quality and met my expectations. However, their customer support needs improvement. I had an issue with one of the items I ordered and it took them several days to respond to my query. Overall, I would rate Launchspace as an above-average company.
