Lake Road Pet Boarding provides decent pet boarding services. The staff is generally friendly and attentive to the needs of the pets. However, I did have some minor issues with the facilities and the communication. There were a few instances where my pet's belongings got misplaced, and it took some time to locate them. Additionally, it would be helpful if they were more prompt in providing updates about my pet's stay. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
