I recently attended a leadership training program offered by a well-known organization. It was a great experience and I learned a lot about effective leadership. The program was well-structured and facilitated by experienced professionals. However, I felt that the content could have been more focused on practical ethical leadership. I wish there was more emphasis on the importance of ethics and integrity in leadership roles. Overall, it was a valuable experience, but I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of ethical leadership training.
