I have been using RCS Group for a while now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the services offered are decent. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time can be quite slow and the staff is not always knowledgeable. I hope RCS Group takes customer feedback seriously and works towards providing a better experience.
