I had a mixed experience with Rocket & Mouse. While their customer service was excellent, I found their product to be average. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the quality of the items I received was not up to my expectations. I reached out to their support team and they were quick to respond and address my concerns. Despite the average product quality, their excellent customer service made up for it.
