Horrible service and attitude from everyone on the...

Horrible service and attitude from everyone on the restaurant , at the bar excellent service.

7:30pm reservation for a party of 7, we arrived 6:30 and the hostess didn t wanted to give us our table because they needed 80% of the party. Really? Why assume that we will not fill up the table? Spend an hour at the bar. Finally got our table at around 8pm. Server, James, took around 5-8 mins to come to the table the first time.

After that, the whole evening felt like everyone was doing us a favor. Asking 3 or 4 times for the same thing..really? They bring dinner, steaks for everyone, and they even didnt saw that some of us didn t had knives? I had to stand up to another table and grab knives. They bring a big plate of lobster mac n cheese with no spoon to serve?

Is the place cheap? Of course not. Then why the attitude and bad service?

Very bad service and experience. Stay at the bar don t go to the restaurant.
