Honestly, Powertech / utility power supply company has been a disappointment. The power outages are frequent and their customer support team doesn't seem to care. It's frustrating when the electricity goes out unexpectedly and it takes forever to get it back. I have considered switching to a different provider because of the constant issues. Overall, I cannot recommend this company.
