I love Cafe Rio, but this is THE WORST location I have ever eaten at. I will never go there again. Restaurant was filthy - garbage cans overflowing with trash. Line wasn't that long, but it was the longest wait I've ever had at Cafe Rio. Staff was in no hurry at all to get people their food. One female staff worker would stop and do non-essential tasks in between taking orders and I was completely blown away why she wouldn't take the next order. Incredibly slow and inefficient. I saw a few questionable sanitary practices by the staff while waiting for my food. Many food items out of stock, machines "broken," the specialty drinks (mint limeade, horchata) empty, overall this place was just a disaster. Manager here should be fired.
