I had an average experience with Paradise Ponds And Gardens. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the overall service could have been better. The pond they installed for me had a few issues, and it took them some time to fix them. However, once the issues were resolved, the pond looked beautiful and I was satisfied with the end result.
