I had an average experience on my recent cruise with Empire Cruises. While the staff was friendly and the boat was clean, there was nothing particularly outstanding about the experience. The food was decent but not extraordinary, and the views were nice but not breathtaking. I would consider trying another cruise with them, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them.
