Am I able to give it "Zero" stars? This is the worst insurance company of them all! Totally unethical!!! They flaunt ADA and FDA standard of care guidelines in their denial of claims, interfering in the doctor-patient relationship! The only reaon dentists sign up to be a preferred provider for this company is because they are the only dental insurance company that refuses to send payment to out of network dentists, only to the patient.
