Well i first came in to get new windshield wipers and long story short one of the mechanics ended up shattering my windshield.. only giving this 5 stars due to Nick in the Jiffy Lube department. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help fix this frustrating issue (in which he didn t even cause).. nick was quick and efficient and helped me get a rental car as well as taking care of the wiper cost. He is definitely the type of worker you want to have in customer service as he knows how to handle situations in a professional and effective manner. Consider promoting or giving nick a raise because he is the only helpful worker at that dealership.
