I have been using Scribe software for a while now ...

I have been using Scribe software for a while now and I must say it's been an average experience. The software is decent and gets the job done. However, I have encountered a few bugs here and there which can be quite frustrating. The customer support team is helpful but sometimes takes a while to respond. Overall, I would rate Scribe software as average.
