I recently booked a trip through Jet7 Heaven and overall, it was a decent experience. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to easily find and book my flights. However, I did encounter a few issues with their customer service department. They were slow to respond and not very helpful. I would consider using them again, but only if I couldn't find a better option.
