I recently used a job platform to find my next opportunity. The platform was user-friendly, and I was able to easily search for job postings and apply with my resume. However, I did not have a great experience with the customer support team. They were slow to respond to my queries and did not provide me with helpful information. Overall, the platform could be improved in terms of customer service.
