I have been a customer of Novadx for a few years now and I must say that their services are average. The overall experience has been okay, but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate, but I often find myself encountering minor glitches. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes I feel like they could be more helpful. Overall, I would rate Novadx as an average company.
