Delicious the place right in front of the seafront and delightful the manners of the staff, always helpful and friendly. Being in Minori and not stopping at this pastry shop would be too big a loss for everyone.
The single-portion desserts are sublime, they never disgust and are a combination of novelty in the union of flavors and rediscovery of the Italian confectionery tradition.
Everything is perfectly balanced in every dessert I've tried here. Nothing is ever too much or too little.
I warmly invite you to come and enjoy the unique sweetness of the sea breeze accompanied by the pleasure of the palate provided by this exceptional pastry.
The value for money is excellent.
Slightly high prices compared to other patisseries but Sal de Riso is not one of the others. It is a must to understand the spirit of our Amalfi Coast.
