We own an investment condo in a building they just took over managing. I am appalled at their lack of any response. Our family has had 1-4 units in this building for about 30 years and this is the worst management experience we have ever had. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to tell me who to call when someone parks in my parking spot. 3 months! Several emails, a few phone calls, three months later still NO ANSWER. Such a simple question, and they can't even handle it. This isn't my only issue, just an example of their "Pass The Buck and Do A Little As Possible" company motto! Why our Board hired them I will never know, but I hope they get rid of them post haste!
